The opportunity

As a Part-Time HR and Payroll Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR and payroll functions. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

This is a part time position working 15.2 hours a week across 2-3 days working in the office.

How you'll spend your day

Payroll Administration:


• Process monthly payroll files for all employees in Australia and New Zealand accurately and on time to upload to outsourced

provider.

• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries.

HR Support:


• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.

• Prepare letters of offer for new employees.

• Maintain Teva HR systems to ensure accurate provision of data, (HR Database, ADP, and SAP) and associated monthly reporting.

• Ensure personnel records are maintained to meet employee, organisation & statutory requirements.

Compliance and Reporting:


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Review payroll reports within processing & payment timelines

Employee Relations:


• Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues.

• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

Your experience and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and payroll administration. A competent administrator, preferably with experience gained in a HR environment, in a multi-national company Proficiency in payroll ADP software ADP HRIS systems, preferably SAP Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. MS Office Proficiency in power point, word, excel and outlook
