Role and Responsibilities:

  • Endtoend payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation
  • Timely and accurate payment processing for a diverse workforce
  • Ability to interpret EA, EBAs
  • Handling payroll queries and providing exceptional customer service to employees
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity
  • Staying updated with payroll legislation and implementing necessary changes
  • Assisting with adhoc payroll projects as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in endtoend payroll processing
  • Thorough understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in using payroll software/systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a customerfocused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
