About You

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the School's teaching, research and industry partnership activities on a daily basis.

Reporting to the Senior Manager School Operations you will support the School Dean to deliver high quality executive services to coordinate key projects and contribute to the development of new initiatives and business opportunities.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • A strategic mindset, and the ability to collate and distil information to advise and brief key stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing or coordinating strategic bids or projects
  • Great communication skills that deliver quality stakeholder relationships and support the key objectives of the School and College
  • The capacity to analyse issues and propose innovative solutions to achieve the organisational objectives
