We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Remote/Flexible working Senior Accountant to join my clients team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of pure remote and office work, with options for full-time or part-time hours, including school hours.

My client were founded with a mission to change the working perspective, by putting care for their clients and work-life balance for their team first.

As my client continues to grow, they are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. You will have the flexibility to work fully from home, flexible working from home and office and all with the support of a team that knows how to communicate and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Review financial statements and tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Provide exceptional service to a wide range of clients, including proactive communication, understanding their issues and providing support and advice
  • Providing general accounting, taxation and business advice to small business clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements

  • A progressive attitude and a strong desire to provide a high level of service to clients
  • Demonstrated skills to manage the end-to-end accounting process in a dynamic environment, while coping with a variety of competing priorities
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Proven small business accounting practice experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team first focus and relationship driven
  • Strong understanding of accounting software packages, particularly Xero.
