As the Demand Planner you will manage the end to end demand planning process to support the sales channels achieve their strategic goals.

The Regional Field & Business Manager will manage Community Pharmacy Banners and Biostime product accounts. Additionally, this role will oversee the daily operations and management of an interstate field sales team.This role is responsible for implementing the Biostime and Community Pharmacy business strategy. Working with the National Sales Manager – Field & Community Pharmacy and the Head of HCP & Field Operations, they will collaborate with the Coles and Woolworths Baby Nutrition buying teams to meet executional, financial, and operational goals, ensuring the long-term success of the business.As a member of the Sales team, this role will lead a team of Wellness Business Development Managers, Senior Wellness Business Development Managers, and Field Coaches. It will support the National Sales Manager - Field & Community Pharmacy in driving profitable sales growth through day-to-day people leadership and operational management of the field sales team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing and evaluating performance, providing guidance and support, managing work schedules, identifying training needs, and facilitating professional development opportunities for the team.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the development of business with major eCommerce customers. It includes all activities that lead to the increased distribution, exposure, and trade promotions by evaluating business development opportunities and gaining the customers support to pursue these. This role will develop an effective business relationship with all relevant people at each customer.The Key Account Manager is to achieve sales targets of the customer by developing business with a profitable Profit and Loss, analysing their performance, creating customer plans, following promotional implementation, negotiating contracts terms and joint business plans, managing the budget assigned and placing promotional orders etc.

eCommerce Channel Manager – Pharmacy is responsible for the strategic development and growth of our brands within our pharmacy channels online – including but not limited to Chemist Warehouse Australia, Chemist Warehouse NZ, and Priceline.You will play a key role in our eRetail growth strategy, leading customer relationships and developing and executing account joint business plans – including perfect store delivery, co-op execution, eRetail Media buying, demand forecasting, inventory management, data analysis and endless aisle designing and implementation – to achieve executional, financial, marketing and operational targets and ensure sustainable long-term success.

As direct report to the Quality Manager, the Senior Quality Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Operational Quality Team and managing the Quality attributes of all Swisse products throughout its defined 'Lifecycle'. You will be the first point of contact with the Quality Associates in the event of Product Quality Challenges and provide clear, concise Compliant and timely solutions.

Your role within the teamAs a key member of the ANZ Finance Team, you will support our overall Finance function with particular focus on our NSW (Sydney) based manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of financial reporting requirements including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and month end reporting for particularly focus on our NSW manufacturing facility. There will be additional support required for other functions within ANZ too.
• Business Partnering with several diverse department managers across the business to provide financial guidance and ensure forecast spend is reviewed and in line with budget.
• End to end Month End processes management including Balance Sheet reconciliations, Cash flow management, Stock forecasting, Monthly preparation of BAS, Standard Costing, Scenario planning, Reporting results to key stakeholders, Purchase Order process maintenance, Fixed Asset Review and maintenance of register, Opex (Operating Expense) management of several functions of the ANZ business

• Tertiary and CPA/CA qualified preferred
• FMCG experience, in particular within supply chain / manufacturing finance preferable
• Experience in engaging and forming relationships with financial and cross functional / non-financial stakeholders
• Demonstrated intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel (including formulas and functions)
• Demonstrated Financial Accounting background - Working knowledge of financial processes including month & period end, supporting audit, AP/AR, balance sheet and reconciliations
• Working knowledge of relevant Australian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards
