Role Responsibilities
- Managing service delivery and business success across a portfolio of customer accounts by adding and expanding accounts
- Orchestrating delivery efforts across all technologies in play on assigned accounts to ensure alignment with contractual scope of services and service level agreements
- Managing resource forecasting, supply and demand, commissioning and decommissioning resources, and managing resource assignments
- Overseeing performance of technology resources to ensure teams meet/exceed delivery expectations
- Identifying and advancing opportunities for account growth and renewals
- Authoring Statements of Work (SOW) and Scope of Services documents
Role Requirements
Seeking candidates with competencies in:
- Leading a team to achieve results
- Resolving technical and organizational problems
- Providing technical guidance to employees and customers
- Understanding different systems and practices across various technology delivery engagements
Education Credentials
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of business and technical delivery experience
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, ITSM, and ITIL best practices
- Familiarity with corporate real estate (CRE) and real estate technology market

Remote work available in Melbourne, VIC, and Sydney, NSW
