  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Care Representative to join our team in Darlinghurst.
  • This permanent part time role (15 hours per week) is based in our clinic at
-
St Vincent's Hospital, and you may also be required to work in our clinic based in Darlinghurst. Hours will be 9am to 2pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday.

    What will you be doing?
  • As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the daytoday functions of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making appointments for clients
  • Greeting clients at the clinic
  • Assisting with client and doctor enquiries
  • Answering clinic phone calls
  • Providing basic troubleshooting for hearing devices
  • Accurate billing of appointments
  • Other general office duties

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience
  • Demonstrated experience working within a team environment
  • Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A warm, collaborative, cando attitude
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other Sydney Clinics from time to time.
