Establish, maintain, and enhance a strong vendor management framework to oversee relationships with various key ICT service providers for the department.
- Offer expert guidance to senior management on ICT services from major vendors, effective engagement strategies, and vendor performance management focused on business results.
- Lead, supervise, and organize a team to provide high-quality ICT services through continuous business enhancement opportunities, monitor vendor performance, and support procurement activities as needed.
- Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, internal and external clients to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and monitor major vendors' performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and contribute to developing new SLAs for cloud and other 'as a service' providers.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish improved vendor performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Provide guidance to ensure a seamless selection and evaluation process for integrating vendor services into operational workflows.
- Assess ICT services from major vendors to identify opportunities for better value negotiation and risk mitigation.
- Perform essential duties, reporting, and management tasks as required for the role.
