This role requires a unique blend of resource utilisation, finance skills, and analytical abilities to effectively manage these responsibilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between surge resource needs and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing New Personnel:
- Identify staffing needs based on ART & program requirements.
- Collaborate with team managers & practice leads to define job skills needed from vendors.
- Develop and execute sourcing activities to source qualified vendor candidates, from agreed vendors.
- Screen candidates and recommend suitable candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboard vendor resources into BOQ Group systems.
- Supplier Management:
- Identify and manage relationships with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance, including candidate quality, timeliness, and service levels.
- Address any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a database of approved suppliers and track their performance over time.
- Financial Reconciliation:
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile invoices and payments related to vendor-related services.
- Verify that supplier invoices match agreed-upon terms, pricing, and services rendered.
- Address discrepancies or billing errors with suppliers and work to resolve them.
- Ensure accurate tracking of expenditures related to vendor resources.
- Prepare regular financial reports and updates for management.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset. You should have at least 2-3 years of experience in project resource planning and financial reconciliation. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, is essential. Additionally, well-developed communication skills are required to present complex information to diverse audiences effectively.
Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets are crucial for this role. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking are essential, along with strong organisational skills to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
