- What's on offer?
- We are looking for a Project Admin/Receptionist to join our Southern Region construction team delivering the Taxiway Zulu and Northern Access Route project at Melbourne Airport on a fulltime basis. You will work with the construction teams currently reconfiguring existing taxiways and apron layout and creating access to the current and future works as part of the Northern Precinct Program.
Responsibilities:
- Daily collection, checking and processing of supplier and subcontractor dockets and invoices;
- Accounts Payable;
- Daily entry and reconciliation of site fuel usage records;
- Maintenance of site plant registers;
- Ensuring appropriate hired plant documentation is received and filed accordingly;
- Maintenance of safety registers ensuring all data is entered in a timely fashion;
- Procurement tasks including purchase orders and job cost coding;
- Management of all incoming /outgoing mail and couriers and ad hoc administrative duties.
- Have experience working in a similar site based role;
- You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills;
- Provide high standard of service, present professionally and possess advanced communication skills;
- Excellent organisational skills with proven attention to detail, and;
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve strict deadlines.
