The Company
My client is an Australian company specialising in high-quality skincare products for medical and cosmetic professionals. They offer a range of proven products addressing various skin concerns, from daily maintenance to post-procedure care. With over 2000 clinics and 150 hospitals served in Australia and New Zealand, we prioritise customer satisfaction and excellence in support.


Salary
$130-180k DOE plus commission, plus super

The Role

  • This role offers a unique leadership opportunity under the Managing Director's guidance, overseeing sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales to attract new business, formulate national sales plans, and create promotional strategies.
  • Manage sales operations, assist in onboarding new reps, and support skincare business managers.
  • Implement and oversee the company's CRM system, conduct coaching sessions, and develop state business plans.
  • Set KPIs, monitor sales performance, recruit and manage staff, and facilitate training sessions for key customers.
  • Work with the sales team to enhance top account relationships through tailored promotions and conduct monthly business reviews.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in the Aesthetic and Cosmetic Industry in Australia.
  • Proficiency in devising and executing successful business plans, with strong key account management skills.
  • Track record of coaching highperforming teams and launching products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare protocols, including formulary management and tender processes.
  • Flexibility to travel within Australia and New Zealand.
