Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking for a leadership role in a prestigious kitchen? This renowned hotel is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead their culinary team, ensuring excellence in food quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the production of high-quality food in all hotel kitchens at all times, maintaining our reputation for culinary excellence.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs and desires of our guests promptly and efficiently, enhancing their dining experience.
  • Monitor staffing levels and delegate duties to the Chefs de Partie and Pastry Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, ensuring consistency and high standards.
  • Ensure all standard recipes are followed across all outlets, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Foster the growth and development of your team's culinary skills through continuous training and mentorship.
