About the Position
Ready to take your culinary career to the next level in Junee? Enjoy a salary of 80-90k as a Sous Chef or 65-75k as a Chef De Partie in this serene setting. Join us in crafting exceptional dishes and contributing to delivering memorable experiences for locals and travelers alike
Position Description:
- Support the Head Chef in menu planning, food prep, and recipe innovation.
- Supervise cooking and food production, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff, fostering a cohesive team environment.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and food costs efficiently.
- Uphold food safety standards and health regulations rigorously.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in hospitality.
- Sous Chef: Leadership experience essential.
- Chef De Partie: Proficiency in kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, adept at motivating and mentoring teams.
- Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Culinary qualifications or certifications preferred including Food safety certificates.
