You will play a big part in the leadership of the team and you will be involved in driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within the department to ensure we optimise our day to day operations as well as evolving the way we operate as respond to the ever-changing environment.


The Retail Credit Operations Team provides post settlements supports to fulfil customer value proposition via delivery of service, advice, investigations, risk mitigation reviews and assistance on remediations across Home Loan, Car Loan and Credit Cards.

We are passionate in delivering high quality of customer services to drive long-term customer engagement as well as operational excellency to support business growth.

Positioned in the heart of the business, you are well placed to develop and challenge yourself whilst developing your team.


Reporting into the Head of Retail Credit Operations this role will see you being involved in identifying, scoping, planning and implementing improvement strategies as well as developing the team's capability.

You'll work closely with this existing team in a fast-paced, agile environment and you should be confident in using data and insights to drive change.

To be successful in this role:

  • At least 5+ years of strong leadership skills and show ability to unite and motivate a team, communicate expectations and develop team's capability within professional services
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to details
  • Proven record in managing business and operations pressures and client expectations
  • Proven record in driving and delivering continuous improvement, transformational initiatives or projects and good understanding of agile methodologies
  • Proven record to managing and driving changes in a fast moving environment
  • Strong commercial business acumen
  • Ideally you have demonstrated operational experience in financial services industry preferable with credit operations or payment/funding.
