This is a permanent full-time position based in Sydney.

About your new role:

  • Undertake assessment of transaction monitoring alerts including data review of table and EGM play, cage/ account records, telegraphic transfers, surveillance, and security reports
  • Reverification of KYC information and escalate customer discrepancies
  • Review suspicious matters from staff
  • Prepare and submit Suspicious Matter Reports (SMR) to AUSTRAC
  • Review Threshold Transaction Reports and report as required
  • Complete risk assessments
  • Undertake ongoing Customer Due Diligence for customers in accordance with ECDD standards
  • Handle inquiries from investigation teams and support Police investigations appropriately

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Confirmed experience in cage, count and patron account procedures in a Casino/ gaming environment
  • Prior experience in working with Regulators and Compliance bodies
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency using a range of analytical software and database record management systems
  • Tertiary qualification in law, criminology, risk, and finance is high desirable
