About the role:

Our client is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to join their construction team reporting to the Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in administration coupled maintenance and scheduling.

  • Draft project documents utilising standardised templates to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and rostering of installation teams in collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet project requirements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills in managing project timelines, resources, and priorities effectively.
  • Take a mature approach to the role, displaying professionalism and accountability in all aspects of project administration.


What you'll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or environment, demonstrating proficiency in project administration.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or maintenance roles using systems such as Deputy or similar software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong customer service abilities.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Administration is desirable, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage time to meet required deadlines, ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables.
