The
Accor Apartments & Realty guest contact and experience centre
is situated right in the heart of Surfers Paradise in our Corporate Offices
.

We are looking for travel obsessed Reservations Consultants
who will join our dedicated Long Stay **booking team and look after the full reservation cycle from quotation to confirmed booking across 130 of our hotels in Australia and New Zealand.

This role will see you build relationships with our guests, clients and hotel teams to ensure a seamless experience for our travellers so a desire to service our guests and

What we are looking for:

  • A cando attitude We have amazing coaches that can mentor you every step of the way to success
  • Ability to multitask and utilise computer's and software packages such as Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
