Moving millions of individuals requires a skilled and dedicated workforce, and at the PTA, we are committed to realizing our vision and purpose while upholding our values every step of the way.About the roleA significant High-Capacity Signaling (HCS) initiative is underway at the PTA which has opened a thrilling, fixed-term, full-time opportunity within our PTA Project Delivery Division until 2029.The Manager - Business Transformation & Capability will play a crucial role in advising and assisting the Project Director – HCS. In this position, you will be accountable for implementing and enhancing the processes and systems that support the essential Systems, People, and Operational capacities within the organization. This involves overseeing and supervising program activities and fostering crucial stakeholder and executive engagement across the PTA.About YouTo excel in this role, you should have:
  • Extensive expertise in technology project management, including applying the best project management practices.
  • Proven track record in executing projects in large organizations or across multiple intricate technology-based projects.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in complex needs analysis and devising project delivery plans to bolster medium to large projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence others effectively to achieve team goals.
  • Experience in managing multiple, diverse projects concurrently whilst ensuring proper resource allocation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities, along with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate positively with colleagues and clients.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, showcasing a knack for working with data to resolve issues.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills, including managing conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines.
