About the Role

As a Capability Strategy Manager in our Commercial line of business, you'll play a key role in helping tosupport the Capability Strategy Lead in uplifting Commercial's core workforce capability.

This involves designing, building, delivering, and embedding learning solutions across the Commercial Division, with a particular focus on driving frontline, delivery teams and leadership capability uplift through our core learning curriculum.

What will your day look like?As a Capability Strategy Manager, you are accountable for:

Designing, developing and executing strategic innovative learning solutions to grow our diverse, purpose-led teams, supported by a culture of high performance.

This includes critical capability pathways for frontline bankers, delivery teams and leaders across Commercial, ensuring we meet our regulatory and compliance standards.

Engaging and collaborating with key business leads and capability peers (including various Talent & Culture squad) to support the delivery of strategically important capability solutions for frontline, delivery teams and leader capability growth aligned to the Commercial Strategy.

Effectively manage project work and inter-dependencies to deliver blended learning solutions which include multi-channel materials, initiatives, activities, embedding activities, review frameworks and evaluation criteria.

What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Delivery management - The practice of initiating, planning, prioritising, executing, controlling, and embedding an initiative
Counsel and Guidance – providing advice, recommendations and thought leadership, based on expertise and experience
Relationship Management - building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Communication - Using a variety of channels and strategies to convey meaning, tell a story and ideas to inform, educate or drive action
Content Design - Creating, updating, and reviewing content for an end-to-end user journey.
Including learning needs analysis

Strong implementation and delivery focus with ability to autonomously lead initiatives with medium to high complexity within an allocated budget You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
