Role Summary:


The Discovery & Design Capability Lead role is an opportunity in our Delivery Enablement Team based at our Perth Forrest Centre site.


The Discovery & Design Capability Lead provides management, optimisation and deployment services in relation to discovery and design capabilities, that support a range of technology related initiatives and, as required, capability flex, for the wider business.

This includes capabilities such as business analysis, human centre design and project learning specialists.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Establish and maintain resource demand management mechanisms and reporting that enable availability visibility and highly responsive right-fit capability deployment.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching in relation to discovery and design capabilities, including business analysis and human centre design, with a core focus on building a highly competent talent pool.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements that ensure a high responsive and resilient talent deployment pool and service.
  • Identify and analyse existing and emerging industry and Synergy trends to guide capabilities shifts and address hot spots, to ensure relevancy and value contribution of the team.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships that enables the augmentation of D&Ts employee talent pool, including proactively engaging specialist agencies and capability sets.

What you'll bring:

  • Industry certification and 8+ years' experience in a discovery and design role, in particular business analysis.
  • Demand management experience in the deployment of talent.
  • Able to lead and work in an adaptive, fast pace, team environments that are constantly evolving.
  • Business process experience in identifying and driving process improvements and operational excellence.
