About the Role

A High-Capacity Signaling (HCS) program has commenced at the PTA, leading to an enticing fixed-term, full-time position within our PTA Project Delivery Division until 2029.

The Manager - Business Transformation & Capability will play a vital role in offering guidance and assistance to the Project Director – HCS. In this position, you will be tasked with implementing and enhancing the processes and systems that facilitate the core Systems, People, and Operational capabilities within the organization. This involves coordinating and overseeing program activities and fostering essential stakeholder and executive engagement across the PTA.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience in technology project management, including the application of the best project management practices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in executing projects in large organizations or across multiple complex technology-based projects.
  • Proven expertise in conducting complex needs analysis and formulating project delivery plans to support medium to large projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence others effectively to achieve team goals.
  • Confirmed experience in managing various distinct, diverse projects while ensuring suitable resourcing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate with colleagues and clients positively.
  • Advanced analytical skills, showcasing a ability to work with data to resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities, including managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Suitable candidates will be considered for 12 months from which permanent and fixed-term appointments will be finalized.
