About the role


This role provides a critical administrative function for VACCA by ensuring employee documentation is accurate, up to date, and provided in a timely manner.

Working as part of a team, it also provides administrative support to HR Business Partners, HR Advisor and OHS as well as back up for Compliance functions and an opportunity to get involved in team projects.


About You

  • Understanding of the critical nature of the HR Administration role to the compliance, success and relationships of the organisation
  • Experience in a high volume administrative environment with outstanding organisation and time management skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Commitment to high quality customer service
  • Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively and proactively in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS and intranetbased information including accurate data entry

Requirement:
Current COVID-19 vaccination (including booster dose, as applicable) and Working with Children's Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain)
