Bolton Clarke Residential group operates 88 Aged Care Homes spread across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, which includes the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group. Our focus is on enhancing seniors' lives with care, respect, and integrity, fostering their health, independence, and social connections. Our facilities have dedicated nurses and care staff round the clock, every day of the year.

Willowdale in Denham Court, Southwest Sydney, is a newly constructed Residential Aged Care facility featuring 136 bedrooms with various accommodation choices for residents. Spanning 2 levels, this upscale residence offers communal areas like lounges, dining spaces, cinema, gym, café, salon, and function room.

We are looking for skilled Hotel Services Assistants to handle Laundry and Cleaning on a permanent part-time basis, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Team Leader, as the Hospitality Assistant in General Services, you will be involved in the Housekeeping unit. Your role entails providing efficient and friendly cleaning and laundry services to residents, ensuring compliance with all relevant service standards.

As part of our hospitality team, Cleaners play a key role in maintaining our homes' cleanliness.

About You

  • Previous experience in housekeeping and laundry within a hospitality setting
  • Preferably, experience in an Aged Care environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrates professionalism consistently
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with colleagues
  • Team player with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the work environment
