We're on the lookout for a friendly, reliable corporate Hospitality Assistant to maintain our kitchenettes and assist in our internal café.

Role Detail


Our Sydney office, located in the vibrant One Farrer precinct, boasts a corporate hospitality team second to none These front of house professionals manage our firm's client floor, overseeing everything from conference rooms to boardroom events, our internal café, and our fabulous terrace.


We're now on the lookout for a friendly, proactive and reliable Hospitality Assistant to join the crew and provide invaluable support.

This role takes ownership of the kitchenettes on our internal floors - checking in regularly across the day to ensure stock is replenished, benches and spaces are clean and tidy, overseeing the dishwashers and returning any items needed by the main kitchen.


During our peak lunch service, you'll break up the day by jumping into the café to help out - assisting where needed with basic food preparation, customer service at POS, clearing and maintaining seated area, and keeping the coffee machine tidy.


Previous hospitality experience would be fantastic, but the more important piece is your passion for doing your job well, taking pride in keeping your sections to a high standard, meticulous attention to cleanliness, friendly customer service skills, taking initiative where needed and excellent time management.

This role is offered on a full time permanent basis Monday to Friday, with shifts rostered from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Some flexibility may be required on occasion.

About You

If you love supporting a friendly hospitality team, are interested in a first-class corporate environment, possess high standards and have a helpful manner, this is your role We'd like to see:

  • Experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment, or relevant transferrable skills
  • Strong client service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy and all times
  • Ability to work both unsupervised and as a collaborative team member
  • Food storage, handling and stock control experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Capacity to multitask and a flexible, proactive attitude
  • Hospitality certifications such as Food Safety Certificate or Certified in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) highly regarded
