Overview
The Unit Registry Administrator will play a varied role in providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to our operations team, ensuring SLA and client deliverables are met

Key Accountabilities

  • Set up and maintenance of investor accounts
  • Performing Know Your Customer Checks in line with Anti-Money Laundering procedures (KYC/AML)
  • Generation and distribution of investor statements
  • Lodgment of quarterly and annual reports for the ATO
  • Set up receipts and payments, review of payments and receipts
  • Scanning, filing and archiving of registry records
  • Adherence and implementation of the Standard Operating procedures, relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Provide feedback on process improvements, suggestions to increase efficiency, reduce risk, automate processes

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • At least 2 years registry experience in a custody, fund administrator or fund manager environment within a high volume, client focused working environment
  • Excellent client service skills, time management, organisational, problemsolving and administrative skills, including the ability to meet multiple, conflicting deadlines
  • A strong desire to build a successful career in funds administration
  • Sound judgement, initiative and the ability to adapt to changes in the working environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, including the capacity to liaise with staff and clients at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of an effective team, supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent keyboard and computer skills, including use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Articulates thoughts & information using a concise, rational & professional approach in both written & verbal form
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to see opportunities to automate / improve processes and request changes via our business analysts
  • Experience with systems / services such as Paxus, Calastone, mFunds
