About the Role:

Lead a team of dedicated maintenance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


Joining a tight knit team, the Maintenance Supervisor role offers a chance to make a significant impact in this growing site.

We are currently partnering with a leading industry player seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to contribute to the success of a major surface mining project.

Fly in and out in company time, 8/6 roster.

$190k Base Salary

Great sunsets, impressive camp and a beautiful location in the Pilbara.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and strategies to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, promoting a zeroharm workplace.
  • Ensure diligent adherence to the skills training matrix.
  • Conduct thorough field interactions and systematically investigate incidents.
  • Supervise daytoday mobile maintenance operations in accordance with maintenance plans and established company protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a mining or heavy industry setting.
  • Australian recognised Mobile Plant Trade Certificate.
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Technical proficiency in maintenance processes and equipment.
  • Commitment to safety standards and best practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
