Ensure achievement of sales targets for both Allergan Toxin and Fillers.

  • To execute efficient virtual territory coverage and management for maximum impact on sales
  • Effectively use sales data to plan customer calls
  • Maintain focus of quarterly and yearly target planning calls accordingly, ensuring the call rate/productivity metrics are achieved
  • To utilise selling skills, relationship building, planning & organizing, and technical knowledge in achieving target
  • Engage target customers using competitor insights to support ongoing understanding of medical aesthetics market place Executes Tactical Sales & Promotional Plan
  • Ensure that the Allergan eDetail Aids via Veeva Engage are used where suitable.
  • Maintain remote contact and relationships with all existing targeted customers, provide product support & education on the appropriate use of products and advice on "best practice" in patient management
  • Sell the benefits of the Medical Aesthetics portfolio within the area worked and drive the sales growth of these products
  • Have commercial policy discussions.
  • Preplan remote sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
  • Contribute to improving the digit content to improve engagement customer learning via digital channel
  • Supports 'Allergan Aesthetics FWelcome' events
  • Engage the wider MA Facial team in delivering customer calls to support both national and local campaigns Administration
  • Communicate accurate information regarding territory activity on a regular basis to Non-Core (Spark) Sales Manager and Business Excellence
  • Record accurate information for every call on the CRM system.
  • Preplan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
  • Complete business plans, monthly expense reports, uptodate account profiles and CRM customer database.
Contributes to an effective Facial Team

  • Participate in team meetings sharing knowledge, information and ideas with members of the Facial and Medical Team
  • Supports colleagues across the team to ensure overall delivery of Facial Strategy.
  • Works with the Manager to deliver the AMI training plan.
  • Collaborates with the other members of the Medical team, in particular our Commercial team colleagues to support our customers and develop business opportunities across the portfolio range.
  • Work in synergy with colleagues from across Allergan to support business.
  • Works in coordination with IS Manager, Facial team and Bus Exc to identify accounts ready for transition to F2F support and ensure clear, effective customer "handoff".

Essential Skills and abilities:

  • Experience of nonface to face selling through different customer channels (essential)
  • Selling skills strong understanding of the sales process rapport, customer need identification and closing abilities
  • Planning and organisation developing and implementing operational plans
  • Interpersonal communication developing productive internal, external relationships and networks of influence.
  • Creative & innovative thinking developing and continually improving working methods
  • Cross functional working and networking within and outside the organisation
  • Strong commercial acumen view situations from a commercial and business perspective
  • Presentations skills

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Science or equivalent experience preferred
  • Commercial/negotiation experience
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferably within a commercial healthcare / aesthetics industry
