Job DescriptionAbout the teamThe Membership Experience Team (MET) provides members with products and services to enhance their knowledge and engagement, offering access to leading insights and opportunities. The team aims to optimize the member experience at AICD and boost their professional capabilities.About the roleAs the Member Portfolio Partner, you will engage with AICD members throughout their membership journey, aiming to have a positive impact on their career goals. Your expertise in building relationships will be key in guiding members' professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.You will undergo comprehensive onboarding and training on AICD's products and services to become a trusted partner for members.If you are interested in joining our Membership Experience Team, this role is ideal for a proactive, confident professional with a background in sales, account management, or customer service.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Cultivating and maintaining member relationships.
  • Collaborating with clients and members to understand their professional aspirations and requirements.
  • Matching the most suitable membership benefits and AICD products/services to each member's goals for the upcoming year.
  • Informing members about new initiatives and opportunities relevant to their development.
  • Proactively reminding members about membership renewals.
  • Addressing and solving member issues effectively.
  • Referring members to internal services and teams when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Participating in relevant AICD events.
Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout youYou should have a solid technical background and relevant experience, embodying the AICD values of Accountability, Respect, Excellence, and Collaboration. Additionally, you should possess:
  • Experience in sales, contact center, account management, or relationship management.
  • Exceptional customer service and listening abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with C-level executives and experience working with senior stakeholders or company directors.
  • Interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement expertise, and the ability to influence others.
  • Empathy, flexibility, and a friendly attitude.
  • Demonstrated resilience, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in account or portfolio administration management.
  • Proficiency in CRM data management and MS Office.
