Job Description About the team The Membership Experience Team (MET) provides our members with products and services to strengthen their knowledge and engagement, and give them the opportunity to access, adopt and benefit from leading insights.

The vision is to optimise the member experience at AICD as well as enhance their professional capabilities.

About the role As the Member Portfolio Partner, you will engage with AICD members through all phases of their membership.

The vision is to positively impact members and participate on the journey to achieve their career aspirations.

Your expertise in nurturing relationships will empower you in guiding our members' professional development to advance their knowledge, skills and experience.

You will be provided with indepth onboarding and supportive training on AICD's products and services to ensure you are confidently positioned as a trusted partner.

Your remit will be broad and will include:
Cultivate and maintain member relationships.
Work with clients and members to identify their individual professional aspirations and needs.
Determine the most aligned membership benefits and AICD products/services to each member's ambitions for the year ahead.
Advise members of new and current initiatives which may be of interest to their development.
Proactively notify of membership renewals and the timeframe which members must renew.
Maintain a resolution mindset and problem solve member issues when raised.
Refer members to other services and teams internally where relevant and appropriate.
Ensure accurate and detailed CRM management is maintained.
Attending and representing AICD at events when required.

Desired Skills and Experience About you You will have strong technical aptitude and previous relevant experience, and you will champion the AICD values of: Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Collaboration.

In addition, you will also have the following: Solid experience working in sales, contact centre, account management or relationship management.

Exceptional customer service and listening skills.
The ability to influence and communicate with C&D-level executives.
Previous exposure working with senior stakeholders or company directors would be an advantage.
High level of interpersonal, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Be empathetic, flexible with a friendly demeanour.
Demonstrated resilience and initiative with a resolution mindset.
