Overview of role:

You will be responsible for managing cyber security across information technology and operational technology.

You will also be responsible for developing a security conscious culture, and to ensure that the business operates in line with an appropriate cyber risk management profile.

It is a highly visible and impactful role that works closely with leadership, and the IT and OT teams to develop, and manage all matters relating to cyber security.

A snapshot of your day

As our Cyber Security Manager, you'll be accountable for:
Managing and continuously improving the Information Security Strategy covering all digital technologies including information technology as well as operational technology
Leading, managing and coordinating activities under Information Security Program of Works to achieve compliance and Information Security Strategy objectives
Managing control assurance testing
Developing and maintaining Information security policy
Preparing reports and decision papers for committees, the executive team and board.

To be considered for the role, you'll have:

  • Tertiary qualification in information security or related technology fields or demonstrated 5+ years' experience in an Information Security role
  • Demonstrated experience managing operational risk under a formal risk management framework
  • Demonstrated indepth knowledge of industry information security and technology best practice
  • Demonstrated experience in security incident management.
