The Positions:

Wilson Security is seeking motivated and professional

Security Officers in Bendigo.

Multiple full-time roles available across banks and other well-known sites

Roles include day shift work only with no weekends
These unique roles will offer you stability and career growth. Positions will commence ASAP.

The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering a 5-star customer service experience
  • Dealing with difficult customers and solving issues
  • Conflict resolution
  • Static/General security duties
  • Greeting guests, visitors and other stakeholders
  • General security duties
  • Ensuring that the building is secure at all times
  • Foot patrols/responding to alarms

Qualification & Licenses:

  • Current Victorian Security Licence
  • Certificate in Security
  • Current drivers license and vehicle
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Full, unlimited Right-ToWork in Australia
  • Professional presentation
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand/walk for long periods
