Role Description
The Clinical Informatics Officer will actively assist in facilitating the Bendigo Health Digital Strategy and supporting the implementation and adoption of clinical information systems that assist clinicians in the delivery of patient care at Bendigo Health, in partnership with the Director of Clinical Information Systems.
The Clinical Informatics Officer will be the strategic and tactical clinical leader for clinical systems initiatives across Bendigo Health, and inform the Executive on all elements of clinical informatics.
The position will collaborate closely with Executive and Senior Management staff to lead and inform clinical and technical teams in clinical information systems implementations and optimisation.
This person will take a leadership role in ensuring that the clinical requirements of clinicians are effectively addressedBendigo Health

The Team
The Innovation and Digital Services Division is charged with delivering technology solutions that deliver on our vision.
As well as responsibility for the mainstream ICT services and support the division encompasses Cyber Security, Clinical Information Systems, Architecture and Applications and Project Management.
The Division leverages ICT technologies and expertise to provide the technical foundations for innovation and transformation of our clinical service delivery.
