Role Purpose


Dentsu Creative is searching for an Integrated Client Lead to drive effective strategic partnerships that deliver commercially, creativity and culturally across all dentsu service lines in ANZ.


This role is known as the orchestrator lead within the dentsu brands, accountable for developing the strategic vision for the client and governing the relationship within the dentsu service areas.

This role brings together all practices from across the dentsu service lines to deliver the best outcomes for the client.

The ICL requires exemplary stakeholder management, strong leadership, deep understanding of the financial services market and love of great work.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with dentsu brands to develop the strategic vision for the client and our relationship with dentsu.
  • Educate, influence and interact with dentsu business leaders
  • Act as a role model across our matrix business to ensure clear roles and responsibilities exist and enable smooth collaboration between disciplines, functions and dentsu brand
  • Embodies credibility and confidence to lead senior colleagues and is able to strike an appropriate balance between having responsibility
  • Collaborating with the service line ensure we have the right people in place and responsibility defined for delivering required client deliverables and market strategy.
  • Ambassador of collaboration. Breathes the values of dentsu. Energizes and inspires by communicating a compelling client vision, actively manages the development of team members, and promotes diversity and inclusion
  • Attract, develop and retain talent as part of implementing a talent strategy for dentsu client team across the service lines.
  • Responsible for integrated P&L both revenue and profit growth
  • Navigate the complexity the clients businesses to have the best opportunity for success in winning/retaining their business by delivering innovative strategies that differentiate the dentsu
  • Successful track record managing multiple relationships in a matrixed environment and finding a way to create solutions, maintain high levels of satisfaction and building equity in the client relationship.
  • Ensures the dentsu service lines have a consistent, scalable, repeatable process to service, flex and deliver.
A bit about you

  • 15 + years of relevant Business Csuite leadership
  • Exposure to large, complex, global organisations with solid knowledge in Marketing Technology, media communications and Creative.
  • Leadership experience motivate & inspire internal and external stakeholders


 Client leadership
  • Ownership / facilitation of the client health of elite clients, operating at Csuite or Board level.
  • Established contacts and relationships with potential customers.
  • Significant business relationships with senior client executives.
  • Strong ability to propose solid solutions to meet customer requirements
