We're looking to onboard an Integration Team Lead who has experience of working with IBM integration products and related tools.

The team you will be leading focused on the IBM suite of integration technologies as well as Oracle and Java amongst others.

Position Overview:

As an Integration Team Lead, you will spearhead a team of six staff members, ensuring seamless operations and enhancement of the organisation's technological capabilities.

You will be working within a transforming and growing environment and as such you must possess strong stakeholder engagement capability, and well-rounded leadership ability skills.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Your expertise in integration and middleware technologies will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions that meet requirements.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the broader strategic direction and leadership of the area, sharing accountability with other leaders for overall performance of deliverables and outcomes that meet current and future needs.

Provide technical expertise in design, build, administration, maintenance and of support software technologies such as: IBM Sterling B2 B, Connect Direct, SWIFTNet, IBM Web Sphere Suites (BPM, ODM and MQ), Web Logic, Web Sphere, Tomcat, JBoss, AWS, SOAP/REST API, microservices, Puppet, Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Business Analysts, and external Vendors, to design and implement integration solutions.
Deliver capital projects and BAU enhancements as well as platform upgrades, maintenance support, security and performance administration.
Ensure all integration processes are well-documented and comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and IBM technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to current integration processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

Knowledgeable of one or more of the following integration technologies: IBM B2 B Sterling Integrator, IBM Business Automation, IBM App Connect Enterprise and IBM MQ.

Exposure to programming and scripting languages such as: Java, Power Shell, Ansible, Perl, Python, YAML, JMS, MS SQL, and PL/SQL.

Competent in using Windows/Linux operating systems and MSSQL/Oracle database.
Strong understanding of architectural patterns with communication protocols.
Understand the use of firewall, load-balancer, Active Directory, LDAP, and SSL infrastructures in the design.
Proven track record of leading integration projects and teams, with strong project management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to analyse complex integration issues and develop effective solutions.
