The Opportunity

  • Engagement: Proactively engage with Strategic and Enterprise clients throughout their lifecycle, including presales, onboarding, and operations, to ensure our products and services meet their needs and expectations.
  • Consulting: Conduct consulting assessments, process workshops, and design sessions with clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change, project, and implementation plans to address any identified gaps and issues, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
  • Account Management: Act as the Account Manager for nominated clients, building strong relationships and regularly meeting with them to ensure their needs are being met and expectations managed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, leveraging innovative design, process, data, and technology solutions to enhance the client and customer experience.
  • Organisational Capability: Drive the development and enhancement of consultancy practices and functionality, such as client onboarding, account management, and project management across the group.
  • Project Sponsorship: Lead clientfocused initiatives and projects such as strategic client onboarding and new capability integration.

About You


To be considered for this role, you will have at least 5 years of experience as a Lead Consultant or Product Owner delivering complex projects, with a focus on technology or software related lifecycles in the insurance (claims management in particular), building repair, or Insurtech industries.


You will have a deep understanding of technical fundamentals related to insurance and the customer value chain, as well as a strong grasp of metrics and data-driven decision-making.


Additionally, you will possess a customer-centric approach and agile thinking, with a strong business acumen and a track record of creating and implementing innovative customer experiences.

You will be an impactful communicator with an ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders with ease.
