We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team managing a small portfolio of A grade assets in the CBD and inner suburbs. Reporting to the Director, and fully supported by a network of property professionals, you will be accountable for the efficient, cost-effective operation, maintenance and development of all services within the complex.

Here's a snapshot of your day;

  1. Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services
  2. Manage services supporting critical environments and specialist service providers including but not limited to essential fire safety systems, mechanical services, BMCS, UPS, Emergency Power Generations systems, critical environments condenser water systems, SCADA, and hydraulic services.
  3. Manage operating expenditure and, ensure efficient, sustainable and cost-effective maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment
  4. Manage Capital works and tenancy fit outs as required
  5. Carry out building inspections as required under the building's operating model & document findings.
  6. Monitor and report on the Environmental performance of the asset
  7. Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our Tenants and Stakeholders
  8. Provide guidance and recommendations to our Client on Technical and operational matters

  1. Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Facilities Manager with a strong customer service ethos
  2. ESG knowledge and experience
  3. Proven experience in managing services supporting critical environments
  4. Sound organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  5. Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages and BMS systems
