Senior Strategic Asset Manager

City Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Asset Manager to lead the development and implementation of our asset management framework. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing life cycle costs to provide recommendations that drive value-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the City FM Asset Management Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop asset management artefacts and ensure they are accepted and appropriate sign-off is obtained.
- Manage outcomes of Asset Lifecycle Plans and continuously look for opportunities for improvements.
- Ensure the impact on the business and change management processes are effectively utilised.
- Build strong relationships throughout the business to clearly articulate ideas and processes.
- Provide representations and updates to senior stakeholders.
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of industry-relevant experience.
- Developed strategic asset management plans and a working knowledge of relevant industry standards such as ISO55001.
- A strategic thinker who can articulate complex problems into simple concepts.
- Enjoys the various challenges that come with a fast-paced and evolving organisation.
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal, who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders.
- Naturally organised with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and remain calm under pressure.
- Commercial acumen to drive value through the business.
- Proven experience writing reports and telling compelling stories using data.
- Proven success leading teams to deliver large programs of works.
- Proven success motivating and driving high performance in teams.
