The primary purpose of the Administrator Officer is to maintain the day-to-day running of our clients administration office onsite as well as undertaking activities associated with operations, safety, finance, payroll and human resources.


_A snippet of the role:
_

  • To ensure all contract rates are invoiced to client in accordance with the specific contract
  • To ensure all contract conditions pertaining to rates and services are adhered to
  • To ensure all relevant paperwork is collated and attached as per invoicing procedures
  • To work as directed by the Site Manager
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Maintain IT register and support staff
  • Assist Site Manager with stock of safety equipment
  • Maintain a register and assist in the processing of employee inductions
  • Ordering of office stationary requirements
  • General office filing for personnel & training files
  • Maintain register for electrical testing and tagging
  • Maintain register for first aid kit checks and supplies
  • Maintain register for fire extinguisher checks
  • Manage stock for mailing and attend to all postal mailing and collection
  • Organise delivery of courier parcels
  • Supervise office cleaning contractor and general housekeeping
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Attend to office reception visitors, couriers, contractors and general enquiries
  • Manage office correspondence
  • Maintain amenities supplies

_Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point
  • Ability to work autonomously using a proactive approach to task resolution
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
  • Ability to work well within a small team environment.
