Tenders and Contract Manager (Medical Devices)

We are looking to recruit a new Team Member who has interests in the following areas:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships and communication channels with relevant hospital, health board
  • Contribute to the tendering process by taking the lead role with process control, document management and administration
  • Review, maintain and improve the annual tender submission roadmap

Your Responsibilities
Working in our Commercial Team, the Tenders and Contract Manager will "own" the following responsibilities

  • Public Hospital Tenders: Commercial Relationship, Process Control & Administration and all Reporting
  • Private Hospital Contracts: Process Control & Administration and Ad Hoc Reporting
  • Build / maintain strong positive relationships with the relevant Tender Body / Private Hospital Group employees to ensure smooth information flow to and from BIOTRONIK


 Projectbased business analysis
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Maintenance of National Product Catalogue (NPC)

We are looking for a new Team Member who may come from a broad background including:

  • Superior knowledge of tenders and contract structures
  • High level business analysis capability and problem solving

  • Highly organised, proactive, independent and resourceful
  • Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement
