We are looking for an aligned, passionate, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to provide strategies, leadership and operational management across sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of our existing strategic marketing plan & use your skills & experience to work towards improvements for next FY
- Manage campaigns, projects & marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives & drive growth
- Lead & manage the Partnership team, driving collaboration & alignment with business goals
- Coordinate compelling marketing campaigns & content for use across various channels, including digital & print
- Coordinate photography & videography for product launches, training & website content
- Coordinate the design & print of collateral for retail & wholesale markets
- Oversee social media management, working closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator
- Manage & update retail and wholesale websites through WordPress
- Liaise with & manage external contractors, including web designers, art designers & content creators
- Oversee EDM strategy, design, and implementation
- Organise & attend events & trade shows to promote the brand & increase visibility
- Develop & manage the annual sales strategy & budget in line with overall business strategy, prepare & present sales reports
- Gather an understanding of our client base & competitors to identify how best to approach new business
- Manage & grow pipeline and opportunities internationally when the company is ready
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role, preferably within the skin care industry
- Strong leadership & management skills, with the ability to lead & mentor a team
- Proven experience in developing & implementing successful marketing campaigns & initiatives
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management & website management
- Strong project management skills & the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, Photoshop & Adobe Suite will be highly regarded
- Must be a proactive selfstarter, able to work independently & as part of a team
- You will have a passion for skin care & be driven to drive growth & success for the company
