Job Title: Agile Delivery Coach

At Nine, we're seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Coach to play a critical role in advancing our agile delivery capability across our 12 publishing delivery teams.

About the Role

This role works at the publishing portfolio level, overseeing all of the delivery teams and their ways of working, planning, prioritisation and delivery. You will have regular interactions with business stakeholders and product owners to have an up-to-date view of initiatives' pipeline and implement a consistent initiative lifecycle across the publishing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and evolve our agile delivery tooling and frameworks across the initiative lifecycle
  • Drive greater alignment, effectiveness and efficiency
  • Mentor and coach Iteration Managers, Head of Product and Senior Engineering Managers to build their agile delivery capability
  • Manage the publishing delivery plan
  • Ensure effective execution through dependency management, risk analysis, release planning and measurement models
  • Work with the stakeholders to continuously improve ways of working for the publishing portfolio
Requirements
  • Successful track record as senior Scrum Master (or equivalent) across multiple teams
  • Experience mentoring and coaching Scrum Masters/Iteration Managers, tech and product managers
  • Experience in creating, maintaining and improving end-to-end focus of agile practices, principles and organisational agility
  • Skilled in managing group dynamics and facilitation with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in different agile delivery practices and frameworks; team and scaled
  • Working in and around product and development teams
  • Working in a technical environment, able to translate product aspirations and strategic goals into delivery plans
