Advanced Gymnastics Coach Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Five Dock Leisure Centre. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will play a vital role in the development and progression of our gymnasts, providing support to other coaches and attending gymnastics competitions as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to gymnasts of all ages and skill levels.
  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our gymnasts.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to gymnasts to help them improve their skills.
  • Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive and supportive coaching environment.
  • Attend gymnastics competitions to support our gymnasts and provide feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 'Advanced' or 'Advanced Silver' Accreditation in Men's and/or Women's artistic gymnastics in the Gymnastics Australia Coaching framework.
  • Extensive experience in gymnastics coaching, with a minimum of 5 years of coaching experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with gymnasts, coaches, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest coaching best practices and techniques.
