who is reliable, presents themselves in a professional manner and who must have weekend availability.


We get booked for any type of event you can think of throughout Sydney, meaning this job brings many unique & fun experiences.

We are looking to bring someone onto the team who are just as passionate as us about bringing awesome and memorable photo booth experiences to our clients and their guests.

We are looking to fill a casual role, so hours will vary from week to week based on bookings.

This role will be perfect for someone looking to get into the events industry, gain event work experience, someone wanting to earn extra money or those who are studying.


Some of your responsibilities and duties:

  • Pick up & drop off photo booth equipment using your own vehicle
  • Ensuring all equipment is in working order
  • Ensuring all equipment arrives safely and is always set up on time
  • Taking test shots and printing them before the event.
  • Interacting with guests by encouraging them to use props, guiding them to the guestbook, ensuring guests aren't being rowdy or damaging equipment.
  • Ensure events run smooth & be able to perform basic technological troubleshooting.
  • Take photos & videos during events for social media pages.
  • Stay at the event with the equipment for the event duration.

To be considered you must:

Have a drivers license and your own reliable car to carry equipment:

  • Be punctual and have good time management skills
  • Show reliability someone we can trust to take their job seriously and turn up for jobs every time.

Have availability to work Friday & Saturday nights with some Sundays & weeknights

  • Must be outgoing & be able to create a fun and inviting environment.
  • Work well alone & under pressure.
  • Have outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Be confident with technology (such as a Surface Pro).

We are based in Western Sydney, so for ease of pickup and drop of equipment please consider if this extra travel is right for you.
