About the role:


We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Practitioner to play a key role in the design, development and deployment of learning and development and performance uplift programs and initiatives across Parks Victoria.

You will provide L&D expertise to support broader Organisational Development initiatives (such as new employee onboarding and leadership development), and system support (in conjunction with IT team partners) to ensure HR, learning management, performance development and other related systems are primed to provide an engaging end user experience.


Qualifications and experience we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications, or demonstrated experience in a Learning and Development/Organisational Development/Human Resources environment
  • Experience with HR systems, in particular Performance Development Plan systems (PageUp)
  • Your current resume
  • A cover letter
