We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has a strong understanding of the property and construction industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent from both local and overseas and aligning them with Australian companies.
You will have the support of our in-house migration and technical expert teams to assist you in this process.Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and building strong relationships with clients
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on the recruitment process
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
- Monitor market trends and developments to ensure a competitive edge
- Working closely with the inhouse migration team and technical experts to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in endtoend recruitment
- Ability to source top talent from both local and overseas
- Understanding of property, construction, or engineering industries (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills
- Selfstarter with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Drive to succeed and continuously improve
