THE OPPORTUNITY:

As an OpenText Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the benefits of implementing OpenText's EIM portfolio to existing customers. Your role involves understanding customer accounts, establishing key relationships, and creating individual Account and Opportunity Plans to drive sales effectively.

As part of this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, expand market knowledge, and add significant value to yourself, your customers, and OpenText.

YOU ARE GREAT AT:

  • Focus on capturing profitable license revenue and maintaining client relationships effectively.
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue targets within assigned accounts, vertical, or territory.
  • Producing accurate sales forecast reports and managing a focused business plan for named accounts.
  • Developing a clear account strategy and introducing promotional initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Identifying opportunities through analysis and gaining a strong understanding of the industry.

WHAT IT TAKES

The Account Executive must have a minimum of five years in successful sales across Enterprise Software Solutions or ten years in business development across Enterprise Software Solutions. Responsibilities include reviewing customer requirements, demonstrating leadership, fostering relationships, and collaborating with stakeholders to advance the sales process.
