  • March 06, :30Our clients in both the Insurance Building industry and the Medical Industry are seeking multiple customer service professionals to step in to assist their need to scale up quickly in response to unprecedented weather events nationally, and an increase in some Project Based Customer Support work.


We are currently recruiting multiple roles across three key functions to assist their customers to ensure a quick and efficient service is provided.

Location:
In Office, Cardiff (for Insurance Industry Client) and Toronto (for Medical Industry Client)

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday in office

Hourly Rate:
$35 for Insurance Based Opportunity & $38 for Medical Based Opportunity

Customer Support Officer - Insurance Industry

Duration:
initially until June 2024.


From the smallest to largest repair involving medium-density and low-rise residential homes, our swift call to action minimises waiting times and anticipation of the unknown' for our clients.

You'll be a hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment, given the type of calls you'll be taking.

Your role will be responsible for the allocation of trades for make-safe and repairs while receiving/triaging incoming calls from clients and insurance companies.

You will also be a liaison between both the insurer and the customer, ensuring both parties are updated and on the same page regarding timeframes and next actions

Customer Service Officer - Insurance Industry

Duration:
Initial 6-week period, potential to extend until June 2024.

You will be talking to property owners and updating them as to when they have received approval for their property repairs.

You will also be responsible for administration duties, such as sending out contracts and ensuring details are correct.

This role requires less building and insurance experience, however strong customer service and administration skills are essential to manage the fast-paced environment.


Customer Support Officer - Medical Industry

Duration:
for a period up until June 2024.

You'll be tech savvy, and detail orientated however equal parts a people person This role will see you investigating and updating customer information through outbound contact with customers via phone to obtain and update their customer data in the online systems.

No task will be too small for you, assisting with other adhoc data integrity project work as required.
