(HEO8) $102,266 to $114,731 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Continuing, full-time opportunity available immediately.

Opportunity to provide high level, executive support to the Infrastructure Branch Leadership team.

To be successful you will need:

  • Extensive experience supporting senior executives from business, industry or government in a multidisciplinary work environment, and the ability to maintain discretion, diplomacy and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage project processes together with highly developed organisational and time management skills. You will need to deal with competing priorities and unexpected events, exercising judgment and taking action accordingly, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills, including welldeveloped written communication skills with the ability to write reports at executive level. You'll be easily able to respond to nonroutine matters with a high level of computer skills, including demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and file management.
  • Demonstrated high level of analytical problemsolving skills and strategic mindset, and be someone who exercises initiative, and makes decisions towards the achievement of effective outcomes with mínimal supervision.
