About the role:


As the Rostering/Scheduling Assistant (Program Assistant) with Kalyra's Help at Home team, you will provide support to our Community Coordinators assisting older people to stay in their family home longer.

Working in our Darlington office, you will be responsible for the rostering of Home Support Workers providing in-home services to older people.


This is a fast-paced role working in a busy office environment and your job is to ensure the right people are at the right place at the right time You will be able to see the bigger picture and enjoy working through puzzles.

About you:

  • Ideally, you will have experience in a rostering/scheduling role and be confident in your ability to problem solve.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with using rostering software preferred.
  • Clear and effective communication and confidence to speak with Kalyra staff, customers, families and other health professionals.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations as you will need to roster to cover sick/annual leave and customer directed changes
  • You will need to supply or be willing to obtain a National Police Check and be fully vaccinated with flu and both covid vaccinations
