About the opportunity
We have multiple roles and exciting opportunities to take ownership and to really make the role your own by bringing your infectious energy in developing and delivering a unique, inclusive and fun-filled play-based programs to children aged years

Furthermore, you will:

  • Assist in planning, preparing and delivering innovative playbased learning activities
  • Perform tasks including, but not limited to supervision of children, running of activities, cleaning and food preparation
  • Design/deliver an educational program that reflects the knowledge, ideas, culture, abilities and interests of each individual child and that of the entire group
  • Develop professional working relationships with families, school leaders in the Cardinia community
  • Cooperate and work collaboratively with families, ensuring regular communication regarding the care and specific needs of their children
  • Maintain excellent supervision and safety of children

Multiple Opportunities Available - OSHC Assistants / OSHC BSC & ASC - variety of schools

Desired Skills and Experience:

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Be working towards relevant tertiary qualification
  • Good planning and evaluation skills
  • Demonstrated ability in working within the National Quality Framework
  • Willingness to work effectively as part of a team
  • Current Victorian Drivers' Licence
  • Willingness to undertake relevant preemployment screening and checks
  • Have the relevant First Aid Certificate (HLTAID004)
  • Hold a valid Working with Children's Check
